Chef Robin Rea and his team are busy planning various events to be held at the Yonder Street premises throughout the year, including quizzes and themed dining.
Robin said: “I've been aware of the charity for some time and I really admire the selfless work carried out by the volunteer riders. They do a great job for the people of Devon, and I'm delighted to support them.”
Robin is also hoping to run a food stand at this year’s Honiton Sausage & Cider festival taking place on May 1 and 2 at the Honiton Showground.
“The festival also raises funds for the Devon Freewheelers ‒ as well as other local causes,” explained Robin. “Last year the site ran out of sausages far too early, so I'm going along as a local producer to keep festival goers fed and happy!”
